Today I am going to tell you about a unique cake. Which is unique in its own way. You can make the cake within 1 hour. Easy to make without baking. Even if you are not good at baking things but still you can make a freeze cheese cake. That everybody would love. Lets get started with the recipe and you will enjoy making your cake. Do try it!
Ingredients:

Galletas Lotus biscoff. (250
grams)
2.
Butter (90 grams)
3.
Gelatin powder. (14 grams)
4.
Cold water. (70m)
5.
Cream cheese (2.5 cup)
6.
Lotus biscoff cookie butter.
(200+200 grams)
7.
Vanilla extract. (1 teaspoon)
8.
Heavy cream cold. (1 cups)
9.
Powdered sugar. (2-3 cup)
10.
Lotus biscoff cookies (3-4)
Recipe:

First of all take Galletas
Lotus biscoff 250 grams and crush it in a blender into fine crumbs. Blend it
till the biscuits get into fine crumbs.

Then melt butter 90 grams and
add the melted butter in crushed Galletas Lotus biscoff. Blend it again to mix
the butter properly into the crushed biscuits. When combined take it out into a
nonstick pan.

Press the mixture to the bottom
of the pan. And make a fine bottom bed with the mixture. And place it in a
refrigerator while making the other topping.

Take a bowl and add gelatin
powder 14 grams and cold water 70 m. stir it properly under it gets mixed.

Take a bowl and add cream
cheese 2 and a half cups, lotus biscoff cookie butter 200 grams and vanilla
extract 1 teaspoon. Now with the help of a beater, beat it and make it smooth
like a cream.

Now in another bowl take heavy
cream cold 1 cup and add powdered sugar 2 to 3 cups. Now beat the mixture and
when made fine now add the mixture into the mixture of cream cheese and lotcus
biscoff cookie butter. Mix it with a spoon.

Now melt the gelatin in a
microwave for almost 15 seconds. Now add 2 to 3 table spoons of the cheese cake
mixture into the dissolved gelatin. Stir until combined properly.

Pour back to the cheese cake mixture
and mix until combined.

Take out the nonstick pan place
in the refrigerator and now pour this mixture onto the bottom of the crushed
Galletas Lotus biscoff.

Freeze for 30 minutes.

Now take lotus biscoff cookie
butter 200 grams and melt it into the microwave. Pour onto the cheese cake such
that it make the upper most topping of the cheese cake.

Refrigerate for almost 6 hours.
·
Take 3 to 4 lotuc biscoff
cookies and crush it into pieces. Now set free the cheese cake from the pan.
And garnish it with the crushed cookies.

And your cheese cake is ready
to serve.

cake is unique in its own way. This isn’t baked whereas normally we bake our
cakes. This is cheese cake which is made by freezing. Cold dessert! The taste
