Fries have been taken its various forms. They can be loaded with cheese, onions, mayonnaise etc. they make a different taste with great variety. Fries can be served with so many other dishes as fries are demanded on a large scale. Let me tell you today about loaded pizza fries. They are easy to make and is no time. Served in dinner and can be served as snacks. While watching a movie, TV serial or a season. In no time you can make the dish and enjoy it with your friends and family.
Ingredients:
Potatoes (4-5 medium size).
Oil (4 to 5 cups).
Tikka masala (1/2 TBSP).
Yogurt (1 TBSP).
Ginger and garlic paste (1 TBSP).
Chicken fillet (breast piece 250 grams).
Water (as required).
Mozzarella cheese. (Shredded)
Cheddar cheese. (Shredded)
Pizza sauce. (3-4 TBSP).
1 onion.
1 capsicum.
½ cup of jalapenos.
Olives.
Red chilli powder.
Dried oregano.
Recipe:
Take 4-5 potatoes of medium size and peel
them with the help of a peeler. Now cut them length wise like you do for fries.
And dip them in a water bowl. Let it rest for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Take another bowl of water and add 1 TBSP
off salt in it. Heat the water to boiling point. Shift the potatoes from normal
water to the boiling water and turn off the flame. Leave the potatoes in that
water for about 5-6 minutes. After 5-6 minutes take them out of the water and
place them on a tissue so that the water gets soaked and the potatoes are set
to dry. Dry them thoroughly and let the potatoes cool.
Take a frying pan and add oil to it. Turn
the flame on so that the oil gets heated. When the oil gets hot add the fries
to the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes and take them out of the oil. Rest the
fries for 5 minutes and fry again until they get crispy. They will turn into
light brown color and get crispy. Take them out. Put the fries aside.
Lets now make chicken tikka flavor. Take a
bowl and add ½ TBSP of tikka masala, 1 TBSP yogurt and 1TBSP ginger and garlic
paste. Now with the help of hand mixture mix it well that it converts into a
paste form.
Now take a chicken fillet and mix it well
in the paste. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Take a fry pan and add 1 TBSP oil in it.
Set it to flame. Cook the chicken fillet for about 2-3 minutes. Make sure that
the chicken fillet is properly cover with the chicken tikka masala paste. Keep
changing the side of the chicken so that it’s well-cooked from inside and
outside. Add water as requires so that it does not gets burnt. Cover the pan
and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Turn the flame off and with the help of
forks shred the chicken fillet into pieces. Shred and mix it well. Saute for
2-3 minutes.
Now take 1 onion, 1 capsicum, half cup of
jalapenos and one tomato. Chop them in small cubes in such a way that very cut
for an omelet.
Take a baking pan and start making layers
one by one. First of all put the fries on the lower most bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle it well with shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese such that
they cover ¾ part of the bottom fries.
Add 3-4 TBSP of pizza sauce and the cooked
shredded chicken to the top of the added mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
Again add shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle chopped 1 onion, 1 capsicum,
jalapenos, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on the top.
At the end put 7-8 olives, crushed red
chilli and dried oregano.
Now put the baking pan in oven at preheated
oven at 180C for 8-10 minutes until the cheese gets melted properly.
When baked take it out of the baking oven
and put some mayonnaise topping. Finally Your meal is ready.
Note:
Your meal is ready to serve. You can make
in in less time and serve it to guests and family. This is dish with heavy
calories. Cannot be eaten often. It’s delicious you cannot stop your hand from
