·         Take a water bowl to boil the potatoes in it. Add 1 TBSP of salt to the bowl and let it boil. Boil the potatoes until they are soft enough to chew of mashed with a fork.

·         When boiled take the potatoes out in a bowl. Add butter (1 TBSP), cheddar (25 grams), milk half cup and one egg yolk.

·         Mash it until all the things gets mixed and mashed properly. After this add salt (1 TBSP) and Black Pepper (1/2 TBSP). Mash until it gets smooth.

·         Take 3 TBSP of oil in a fry pan and add the chopped onions to the pan. Fry the onions until they turn their color into golden. This will take 2 to 3 minutes only. When done add crushed garlic 3 cloves and fry it well for another 2 minutes.

·         Add chopped carrots and fry until the carrots get smooth. When the carrots get tender it’s going to look like half cooked carrots. Add 1 kg of minced meat (lamb) and fry it well. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. Fry and mix it well in the vegetables.

·         You will see after 5 to 6 minutes the color of the minced meat will change from red to brown. Then add salt ½ TBSP, Black Pepper ½ TBSP, thyme powder 1 TBSP and rosemary 1 TBSP. Now mix it well.

·         Add 1 TBSP to tomato paste and flour 4 TBSP and mix it. Stir it well in the pan.

·         At the end add beef broth 2 cups in the pan. Cook it and bring it to simmer. Below the boiling point. Add peas (200 grams) and cook it until the sauce gets bit thicker.

·         Now transfer the meat sauce to a baking dish and cover its top with the mashed potatoes. Make a fine top layer with the mashed potatoes with the help of a fork.

·         Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in an oven. Set the temperature to 200C.
