Chicken fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Recipe


Today I am going to share you chicken fettuccine Alfredo recipe. Alfredo pasta is an Italian dish of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and cheese. And this pasta is now liked all over the world. So I have decided to let you know How to make pasta in just 45 minutes. This can be a very easy dinner. It’s creamy and delicious. And above all, very simple to cook.

Lets start with our recipe!

Ingredients:

Salt (Half table spoon)

Pepper (Half table spoon)

Parsley (1 cup)

Cream and cheese (1 and a half cup)

Cooking oil (2 scopes)

Chicken breast (2 pounds)

Garlic (3 cloves)

1 White onion

White mushrooms (1 pound)

Fettuccine pasta (12 Ounces)

Recipe:

·         Take a large bowl of salty water and start boiling 12 ounces of fettuccine pasta in it. Boil the pasta till it becomes slightly firm to bite. Not to soft and not much hard. At this stage pour the pasta out and set them aside at room temperature.

·         Now slice white mushrooms length wise thickly. As they add up a great flavor.

·         Chop one white onion, Parsley and three garlic cloves into very small pieces. Chop them in such a way that they disappear in sauce. Do not miss these things. They are very important for the flavor of the sauce.

·          Slice the chicken breast piece into strips and mix it with half table spoon salt and pepper. Mix it gently and now fry the chicken in 2 scoops of oil in a fry pan over medium heat.

·         Stir the chicken for about 5 minutes. And let it fry properly.

·         Take the chicken out and set it aside.

·         Now fry the onion in butter in that pan for 3 minutes.

·         When the onions get fried add the mushrooms to it. And now stir it for 5 to 7 minutes. Until the liquid gets evaporated. When the water gets evaporated the mushrooms are going to change the color. Wait till the mushrooms get brown in color.

·         Now add the chopped garlic to it and stir for 30 seconds.

·         Add 1 and a half cup of heavy cream and stir it properly.

·         Let it boil for 10 minutes or until it becomes bit thick.

·         When cooked add the chicken back to the pan with 1 cup of freshly chopped parsley. Add some salt and black pepper to pan according to taste.

·         At the end add the pasta to the pan along with all these things and stir everything in such a way that every single thing gets mixed up and cover the pan properly.

·         Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes and your pasta is ready to serve.

 

Note:

Letting the pasta rest let it get cooled and the sauce gets thicker. This is how creamy it will be and you will enjoy your Pasta. For more taste and outlet put some chopped parsley on top just for the outlook.

Chicken fettuccine Alfredo pasta is very heavy. As you consume calories in a large quantity. You can overcome this problem by using low fat cream cheese.
