Chicken Manchurian and Egg Fried Rice Recipe


Chicken Manchurian is served with egg fried rice. This is a Chinese dish and has a sweet salty taste. So lets get started as we have to make two different things to enjoy the combo.

Chicken Manchurian:

Ingredients:

1.       Chicken boneless (250 grams).

2.       Corn flour (2 TBSP).

3.       Refined flour (1 TBSP).

4.       Soy sauce (4 TBSP).

5.       Vinegar (2 TBSP).

6.       Salt as per the taste.

7.       Crushed garlic (1 TBSP).

8.       Black pepper in powder form. (1/2 TBSP).

9.       Red chilli powder (1 TBSP).

10.   Egg (1).

11.   Sugar (1 TBSP).

12.   Chilli garlic sauce (2 TBSP).

13.   Tomato ketchup (1/2 cup).

14.   Capsicum (1).

15.   Black pepper (1/2 TBSP).

16.   Water (1 cup).

17.   Green onion (just to sprinkle).

Recipe:

·         Take a bowl and crack the egg in it. Add garlic, black pepper, salt, red chilli, vinegar and soy sauce in that bowl.

·         Now with the help of hand beater beat the egg that everything gets mixed well. When mixed properly add the boneless chicken cubes in the bowl.

·         When dipped add cornflour and refined flour. With the help of a spoon mix it well.

·         Marinate for almost 30 minutes.

·         Now heat the oil and start frying the marinated chicken one by one into the hot oil. Fry the marinated chicken cubes on medium heat so that the stay crispy and light brown in colour.

·         When fried take out the chicken on a tissue paper so that the oil gets absorbed properly.

·         Now heat 2 table spoons of oil and add half table spoon of crushed garlic. Add soy sauce (3 TBSP), vinegar (1 TBSP), Tomato ketchup ½ cup and Chilli garlic sauce (2 TBSP). Cook for 2 minutes.

·         When cooked for 2 minutes add chilli powder (1 TBSP), salt according to the taste, sugar (1 TBSP), capsicum chopped (1), Black pepper (½ TBSP).

·         Now slightly cook for 2 minutes and add 1 cup of water.  Now add cornflour (1 TBSP) mixed in 3 TBSP of water.

·         Let it stay on medium heat. And then add chicken to the mixture. Cook it for some minutes and sprinkle green onion at the top of it.

 

Egg fried Rice:

Ingredients:

1.       Chicken breast piece (250 grams).

2.       Oil (2-4 TBSP).

3.       Eggs (3).

4.       Chopped carrot (1/2 cup).

5.       Capsicum (1/2 cup).

6.       Garlic chopped (1 TBSP).

7.       Cabbage (¾ cup).

8.       Sugar (1/2 TBSP).

9.       Chicken powder (1 TBSP).

10.   Black pepper powder (1 TBSP).

11.   White pepper powder (1/2 TBSP).

12.   Vinegar (1 TBSP).

13.   Soy sauce (1-2 TBSP).

Recipe:

·         Cut the chicken breast piece into thin long strips.

·         Add 1 to 2 TBSP of oil into the pan. Take three beaten eggs and fry it in the pan. Stir it in such a way that the egg breaks into pieces. When cooked set it aside.

·         Again add 2 TBSP of oil in the pan and add chopped garlic 1 TBSP. Fry it until it gets light golden in color.

·         When it gets golden add chicken strips into the oil. Mix it well until the chicken changes it color. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

·         Add chopped carrot and capsicum to the pan. Mix it well in the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes.

·         At the end add cabbage ¾ cup in the pan. Mix it well.

·         Now sprinkle ½ TBSP of sugar and ¼ TBSP of salt on the top of the pan. Fry it for 2 minutes.

·         Now take rice (1/2 KG) soaked and boiled with salt and add then in the half fried vegetables. Mix the rice well in the pan. Take your time to mix it well.

·         Sprinkle 1 TBSP of chicken powder, 1 TBSP of black pepper powder, ½ TBSP of white pepper powder, 1 TBSP of vinegar and ½ TBSP of soy sauce on the top of the rice and vegetables.

·         Now at the end add the fried egg to the rice and ½ cup of green onion leaves.

·         At the end mix it well on low heat and let the rice cook properly.

·         Your fried rice are ready.

Note:

Now your egg fried rice can be served with chicken Manchurian. This is a Chinese dish with a sweet taste as it is cooked in tomato ketchup. Enjoy your meal.
